Ferme Zahra sits on the fertile northern coastal slopes of Cap Bon, where rainfall is higher and the soil produces a distinctly fruity oil. Zahra Mansour converted the family farm to biodynamic methods in 2018 — the only Demeter-certified producer in Tunisia. Her Bouchou varietal is a local treasure rarely found outside the region.
